Mindfulness Nature Walks

Morning walks for all through Tamanend Park with Lianne. Lianne will guide you through the park and trails while you explore the nature around you. Please make sure you wear appropriate footwear. Walks will also be starting promptly at 7:30 so to arrive 5-10 min before. Our walks include everyone from the young to the old.
If it is raining the Mindfulness Nature Walks will not take place that day.
