Join us for a 12 week morning Moderate Yoga Flow series outdoors [at the pond by the carriage house] taught by Lianne Carp and Donna Panarello! In this class we will be linking breath with movement that joins the physical postures called asanas. Creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our classes are designed to get our life force energy moving throughout the body with creative sequencing involving the fundamental yoga poses that make up a well-rounded yoga practice. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and transitions as well as a focus on the power of breath awareness.
** This class is suitable for all levels; beginner-advance. Please bring your own mat, blocks, and a blanket. It is nice to also have an extra towel to place under you mat just in case the grass is a little wet. In the event of inclement weather this class will take place indoors. We can't wait to see you on the mat!
