Come join us for a hands-on cooking experience using plant based menus with organic foods.  Chef Susan has been cooking and teaching Whole Foods for over 15 years.  She is a graduate of the Natural Kitchen Cooking School, Princeton NJ.  She has also trained with Emmy winner and Author Chef Christina Pirello at Drexel University. 

Class one: A Thai Festive Meal
Thai Lemongrass Soup
Summer Rolls stuffed with rice noodles and shredded veggies. 
Gingery Dipping Sauce 
 
 
Class Two: Japanese Delight
Chunky Vegetable and Mushroom Miso Soup
Roll Your Own Sushi (No raw fish) Choice of cooked shrimp or Tofu
Garlicky dipping sauce
 
Class Three: Scrumptious Appetizers and Desserts
 Hummus with Fried garlic and scallions
Almond,coconut chocolate Truffles
 
Class Four: Hearty &  Simple
Creamy Mushroom Lasagne 
Pressed salad of Kale, almonds and radishes

A $15 material fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of each class
