Yoga is an excellent recreational activity for all children. Yoga is non-competitive and is focused on building self-confidence self-esteem and self control. Children will learn to use their breath to calm their minds. They will learn to stretch and strengthen their muscles. All children could benefit from yoga. It helps quiet their mind, Control their emotions and helps with focus and concentration. This class is appropriate for ages 6 to 12. Please bring your own yoga mat and join us for 45 minutes of learning skills that will bring benefits on a physical and emotional level
