Vinyasa flow yoga is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga.  Come join us for 60 minutes of Learning  to synchronize the breath to a flow of yoga poses.  This practice increases flexibility strength and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health. All are welcome. Just bring your yoga mat. No prior experience is necessary. Appropriate for beginners
